Hikoya: Film Night

Unit so'zlari matnda ajratib ko'rsatilgan. Gapni bossangiz, hikoya shu gapdan o'qiladi.

The club organises a film night for the school. Sam wants to show a romantic film about a marriage. "It will satisfy everybody," he says. Dilya rejects the idea. "We should show a documentary about our planet," she says. "It has tough animals, strong storms, and beautiful nature." The vote is close, but the documentary wins.

To acquire a big screen, Anvar borrows one from the gym. Aziz makes an attractive poster with a picture of a hurricane. Whenever he looks at it, Sam says it is scary. The friends settle in the school hall with popcorn. During the preparations, Aziz drops a heavy box on his toe and jumps around on one leg for a minute.

The audience of about eighty students watches the film about soil. "It is not just dirt," says the narrator. "Under our feet, billions of tiny living things give strength to every plant." Sam is surprised that he enjoys it. "Maybe soil is more romantic than marriage," he whispers.

O'zbekcha tarjimasi

Klub maktab uchun kino kechasini tashkil qiladi. Sem nikoh haqidagi romantik filmni ko'rsatmoqchi. «U hammani qoniqtiradi», deydi u. Dilya bu g'oyani rad etadi. «Biz sayyoramiz haqidagi hujjatli filmni ko'rsatishimiz kerak», deydi u. «Unda chidamli hayvonlar, kuchli bo'ronlar va go'zal tabiat bor». Ovoz berish jiddiy bo'ladi, lekin hujjatli film yutadi.

Katta ekranni topish uchun Anvar uni sport zalidan qarzga oladi. Aziz bo'ron surati tushirilgan jozibali plakat yasaydi. Sem unga qaraganida, har safar bu qo'rqinchli, deydi. Do'stlar popkorn bilan maktab zaliga joylashadi. Tayyorgarlik paytida Aziz oyoq barmog'iga og'ir qutini tushirib yuboradi va bir daqiqa bir oyoqlab sakrab yuradi.

Sakson chamasi o'quvchidan iborat tomoshabinlar tuproq haqidagi filmni tomosha qiladi. «Bu shunchaki kir emas», deydi diktor. «Oyoqlarimiz ostida milliardlab mayda jonzotlar har bir o'simlikka kuch beradi». Sem filmdan zavq olayotganidan hayron. «Balki tuproq nikohdan ko'ra romantikroqdir», deb pichirlaydi u.
