The old man and his wife wait at the door. "Welcome!" they say. "Tell us about this house," says Dilya. The old man smiles. "When I was young, I found it in April. The price was very small, and the road to the town was only a path."

"Is that true?" asks Aziz. "Yes," says the old woman. "Today the price is much bigger!" In the evening, they sit in the garden. The sky is full of stars, and the summer air is warm. Aziz says, "This is the best house in the world."
