Hikoya: A New Life

Unit so'zlari matnda ajratib ko'rsatilgan. Gapni bossangiz, hikoya shu gapdan o'qiladi.

It is May, and Aziz has a new life in a big city. It is a good time of the year to start. Every day he has a new plan. Today the plan is easy: find a place to eat.

The people in the street are kind. Aziz just says hello, and they say hello back. A woman shows him the way to a small café. "Welcome!" she says. Aziz smiles. In his old town, people do not talk like this.

At the café he meets Dilya. "Do you have time for tea?" she asks. Aziz does not know anyone here, but now he has one new friend. She tells him about the other places in the city. "Come back tomorrow," she says. Aziz thinks: this is a good start.

O'zbekcha tarjimasi

May oyi, Aziz katta shaharda yangi hayotni boshlayapti. Boshlash uchun yilning yaxshi vaqti. U har kuni yangi reja tuzadi. Bugungi reja oddiy: ovqatlanish uchun joy topish.

Ko'chadagi odamlar mehribon. Aziz shunchaki salom aytadi, ular ham salom qaytaradi. Bir ayol unga kichkina kafega yo'l ko'rsatadi. «Xush kelibsiz!» deydi u. Aziz jilmayadi. Uning eski shaharchasida odamlar bunday gaplashmaydi.

Kafeda u Dilya bilan tanishadi. «Choy ichishga vaqtingiz bormi?» deb so'raydi u. Aziz bu yerda hech kimni tanimaydi, lekin endi bitta yangi do'sti bor. Dilya unga shaharning boshqa joylari haqida gapirib beradi. «Ertaga yana keling», deydi u. Aziz o'ylaydi: bu yaxshi boshlanish.
